Elsie von Eutin is a beautiful 2 year old German Shepherd, petite in size and striking in her silver-and-black coat. Unlike many dogs, Elsie loves the postman -- mainly because one shared his lunch with her every day when she was abandoned on the streets. This mid-energy sweetheart came to us a little frightened but is quickly re-gaining her confidence. She enjoys going on walks and meeting new people. If you stop to chat with someone sipping java outside of Starbucks, Elsie will sit between your legs and patiently wait for you to finish. She scores well in doggie playgroups, fraternizing with even extremely enthusiastic dogs. Like Wonder Woman, Elsie has been known to leap fences in a single bound, so she would do best in apartment/condo living or where someone is home all day.
